DETAILS: What does it take to be a marine animal care technician? What are
some of the questions and “mysteries” involved in wildlife rehabilitation? Each day we’ll learn how to care for a different animal. Best suited for ages 8-12. Space is limited to 12 children. Please reserve your spot by calling (508) 743-9888, x12 at least 24 hours in advance.
DAILY THEMES: February 20th: Sea Turtles
February 21st: Seals
February 22nd: Dolphins & Whales
February 23rd: Manatees
February 24th: Sharks

The Art of Instrument Making at Cape Cod Museum of Art’s One Night Stand
One Night Stand, Cape Cod Museum of Art’s popular evening of art happenings that highlight emerging artists and artisans, is back, with The Art of Instrument Making, featuring instrument maker, Matt Gage. Gage will talk about and demonstrate crafting guitars with Alex Becrelis of Tripping Lily, providing a musical sampling of the quality of one of Gage's OM guitars. The event, Thursday, February 23, 5:30 - 7:30 pm, is free with admission; admission on Thursdays is by donation. Light refreshments are served.

Grand Opening & Reception for "Breath of Spring" exhibit
Cape Cod Art Association presents “A Breath of Spring,” an open juried artists’ exhibit and sale. This exhibit will run from February 23rd to March 19th.
Join us for the exhibit’s Grand Opening & Awards Reception on Friday, February 24th from 4–6pm. Wine, cheese and refreshments will be served.
The Cape Cod Art Association is located at 3480 Route 6A (Main St.), Barnstable, MA, 02630. It is open seven days a week, Mondays through Saturdays 9am-4pm, and Sundays 12pm-4pm.
Cape Cod Art Association is a non-profit group of over 1,000 members serving the community with a variety of art programs and events.

Crawlers and Toddlers start your ‘engines’! Cape Cod Mall prepares to host the annual Simon Mall Diaper Derby! The event is being regionally sponsored by WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Nutrition Program, and Bay State Parent magazine. Participants in this year’s Derby must be new crawlers and walkers up to 18 months to race against each other in a fun competition that will also include other activities such as:
• Arts, Crafts & More!
• Local Vendors on Display
• Donations for A Baby Center will be on site
All racers will receive goody bags.
Parents can pre-register at Guest Services and enter to win a $25 Simon Gift Card or register the day of Diaper Derby on a first come, first served basis as there are limited slots. Pre-registration is encouraged. Interested vendors are encouraged to call the Marketing Department at 508.771.0201.
